Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal Recipe!

MAKES: 2-3 bowls

Prep/ BAKE time: 15 minutes / 25 minutes


Ingredients:

3/4 cup rice flour

1/2 cup unbleached white flour

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

5 tablespoons grapeseed or olive oil

1/4 cup water

Cinnamon


Directions:

1. Add all the ingredients into one bowl and mix into a dough. 

2. Sprinkle a bit of cinnamon into the dough.

3. Roll out the dough thin (1/2 inch) between two pieces of parchment paper. Then Sprinkle cinnamon and coconut sugar on the dough.

4. Roll the dough once again, even thinner (1/8 to 1/4 inch). This will press the cinnamon and coconut sugar into the dough.

5. Carefully cut the dough evenly into small to medium squares and leave the parchment paper on the bottom.

6. Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes at 350°F.

7. Take out of the oven and let cool for 30-40 minutes before eating with milk.
